Call for papers and posters: 19th European Association of Archaeologists (República Checa)

The Nineteenth Annual Meeting of the European Association of Archaeologists will be held in Pilsen, Czech Republic, from 4 to 8 September 2013 at the University of West Bohemia. The Scientific Committee is now inviting submissions of abstracts for individual papers and posters.

The main themes are:

· Archaeological Heritage Resource Management

· Archaeological Science

· Archaeology of food and drink

· Interpreting the Archaeological Record

· Public Archaeology

· Theory and paradigms in Archaeology

Paper abstracts are limited to 200 words. Please fill in the name, affiliation and contact information, including e-mail for every individual author. The paper abstracts may be submitted at: http://proposal.eaa2013.cz/submission/form.php

The official language of the conference is English. Papers in English, German, and French will be accepted. Abstracts must be in English.

The deadline for paper/poster submission is 15th March 2013.
Please note that all conference delegates must be current members of the EAA and you therefore need to renew your membership – please contact the EAA Secretariat at eaa@arup.cas.cz if you have doubts.

The deadline for early fee registration is 1st June 2013.
